is Chairman of Bridgepoint Capital, a leading European private equity firm which has €5 billion of funds under management.		   SEP has also an Investment Advisory Board, comprising our two non-executive directors and five other highly experienced individuals who bring an independent and objective perspective to discussions on proposed investments. The Investment Advisory Board meets on a bi-monthly basis, with other meetings on an as required basis.
